Henry Gonzalez, President and CEO, brings 32 years of overall business experience to the company. As President of McDonald’s East Division, he was ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and service standards in 5200 restaurants ($8.2 billion in sales). He is versed in all disciplines of the service/franchise industry, including marketing, franchise planning, supply chain, financial management, with exceptional expertise in operations.  Henry knows how to select, train, and motivate top-notch franchisees to achieve their business and financial goals.

Henry also served as Chief Operating Officer of Cortiva Group, a wellness-related start-up company. There he successfully developed scalable, replicable organization models, and systems and methods that saved time and money while establishing a consistent, brandable level of performance.  He knows the key to success is delivering superior levels of customer service, and responding to and anticipating customer needs.  Henry is eager to use his experience to build a business characterized by successful franchisees and satisfied customers.

Service Guarantee


1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.

2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be performed for each of our visits.

3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.

4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your satisfaction within 24 hours.

5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.

6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
