Dan Frank, President, opened the Eastern Pennsylvania office of Mint Condition after spending over 22 years at Arrow International, Inc. working in the medical device industry. He spent 5 years as an Engineer developing automated manufacturing systems and over 15 years managing the development of innovative medical devices and systems that were used in clinical settings within the U.S. and Europe.
He also spent 2 years as a section leader under a corporate operational excellence initiative to improve the Quality System at his company. Throughout his career he held several positions of increasing management responsibility, including Product Development Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Product Development. During that time he emphasized that a clear understanding of customer requirements is paramount in determining product and service needs and will ultimately lead to customer satisfaction.
Mr. Frank earned an Associate Degree in Electronics from Lincoln Technical Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Albright College, a Master of Engineering Science from Penn State University, and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania where he attended the Wharton School of Business and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.
2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be
performed for each of our visits.
3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.
4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your
satisfaction within 24 hours.
5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.
6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
