Michael Miller, President and CEO of Mint Condition of Middle Tennessee, has over two decades of diverse business experience. He moved with his family to Nashville in 1991. Michael served as staff songwriter before turning his talents and experience in operations management toward publishing.
He became creative marketing director for several music publishers, and later was a record label executive where he helped designed a successful marketing campaign for The Blue Collar Comedy Tour featuring Jeff Foxworthy. As a record label executive, he developed new product lines and launched a nationwide marketing campaign with AMBEST Truck Stop, Stuckey’s Corporation, and helped secure regional Ford commercials. Michael has also worked with many other well-known and talented personalities including the Little River Band.
In late 2001, Michael transitioned from the music business to the world of nonprofit, managing day-to-day operations of several multi-million-dollar facilities in the Nashville/Brentwood area. During his tenure, he developed and implemented strategic partnerships including Subway Restaurants, opening a Subway franchise in one of his facilities.
His experience in facilities management led to a strong desire to start his own business. Mint Condition was a perfect fit for Michael. He is prepared for the exciting challenge of exposing Middle Tennessee to the proven business model of Mint Condition. His goal is to bring enthusiastic business owner/operators together with commercial businesses who seek consistency, quality, and a better commercial cleaning service.

1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.
2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be performed for each of our visits.
3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.
4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your satisfaction within 24 hours.
5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.
6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
