Theodore (Ted) Aron, President, opened the Raleigh-Durham office of Mint Condition after a 21 year career at IBM. He spent 16 years as a Customer Account Manager covering territories in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Then, for 3 years, he managed a team of Sales Engineers across 10 Southeastern states.
Mr. Aron also worked as a World-wide Product Marketing Manager within IBM’s PC division. During this time, he brought to market IBM desktop computers and software utilities which successfully launched in 130 countries.
While at IBM, he qualified for eight company recognition events for outstanding achievement. Mr. Aron earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
Terri Aron is the Office Manager of Mint Condition Raleigh-Durham and brings 18 years of experience of providing professional recruiting services to small, medium and large companies to this organization. Ms. Aron handles the bookkeeping and human resources functions. Ms. Aron earned her BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.
2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be performed for each of our visits.
3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.
4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your satisfaction within 24 hours.
5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.
6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
