David SwensenDavid Swensen, President and CEO of Mint Condition of Salt Lake City, has a wide range of business experience in the aerospace, mining, oil and gas industries with roles in engineering, operations, business development, sales and marketing covering more than twenty years.

Mr. Swensen grew up in the San Diego area and later moved to the Salt Lake City area to be closer to family. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a MBA with a focus in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Swensen has a strong inventor and entrepreneurial spirit. He has used his training to build business in 41 countries throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

Throughout his career, Mr. Swensen has designed many unique solutions to his clients’ problems. Many of those designs have been patented. His desire to help his clients be successful drives his desire to provide the best solution for the customer.

Service Guarantee


1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.

2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be performed for each of our visits.

3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.

4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your satisfaction within 24 hours.

5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.

6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
