David Teal, President, began his 30-year sales and marketing management career with IBM. He then switched to the real estate industry, where he spent 25 years managing on-site sales and marketing teams for developers of high-end, golf course, gated communities. His assignments took him and his wife Tammy to many interesting and exciting places, e.g., Scottsdale, Az., Hilton Head, S.C., Ponte Vedra, Fla., and Leesburg, Va.
Tammy Teal, Vice President, has been a teacher, manager of Exercise & Health programs, Real Estate Office/Telemarketing Manager and Insurance Agent. She will be working all areas of the business but concentrating on the office management. She earned her BED at the University of Miami, where she met David. She has held Real Estate licenses as well as Insurance licenses in SC, FL, VA and NC.
David earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla., where he attended on a full football scholarship, playing quarterback. He earned the scholarship after being named to the high school football All America Team his senior year at James Island High School in Charleston S.C.
David chose Mint Condition because he believes he and the company have the same goal, i.e., to consistently provide the best quality service for the best price. He also believes credibility is something that is earned, not given freely. And to earn credibility, one must achieve the aforementioned goal, the operative word in the goal being “consistently”.

1. Service - Mint Condition guarantees that we will meet or exceed the terms set forth in your Maintenance Agreement every time we service your facility.
2. Standards - Your Maintenance Agreement defines the standards of the work to be performed for each of our visits.
3. Support - If we fail to meet those standards at any time, or you have any other concerns regarding our performance, please contact your support person at the Regional Mint Condition office.
4. Speed - We ensure compliance to the standards set forth in the agreement and we will come back and meet or exceed those standards to ensure your satisfaction within 24 hours.
5. Satisfaction - If the corrective actions do not meet or exceed the standards of our agreement to your reasonable satisfaction, the cost for that service will be refunded.
6. Suggestions - Mint Condition strives for continuous improvement and welcomes your feedback, ideas or suggestions at any time.
